30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive RMA: Once approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and detailed instructions for shipping your item back.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
- Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
